3 Type of Face Plate? - Bulkhead face plates will have RCA on the front and RCA on the rear. Solder Point plates will have RCA on the front and solder points on the rear.

4 What does 3/8 D, 1/2 D or 3/8 Round mean? - This simply refers to the connector mounting holes in each plate. The 1/2 D type plates have 1/2 D shaped holes. The 3/8 D type plates have 3/8 D shaped holes. The 3/8 Round type plates have 3/8 Round shaped holes.
