Custom Cables do involve production time which will average 1 to 2 business
days for smaller orders and longer for large orders.
How to request a quote for Custom Cables
PLEASE NOTE: If calling, our sales staff can certainly help you with questions and concerns about custom projects.
Custom Cable quotes will not be able to be given over the telephone.
The sales staff is not involved in the true custom quoting or production process which can be quite involved.
Follow the steps below to email us your quote request.
1) Click

2) Start with your First and Last Name and a good daytime telephone number in case we need to contact you directly.
3) Describe in the greatest detail possible the type of cable you want - length,
color, manufacturer and stock number (if important), etc.
4) Let us know what connectors you want.
Be very specific - Many connectors will have multiple options - different genders, different colors, etc.
We need to know exactly which you need!
For instance a "XLR" connector can have many options:
Female, Male, nickel finish, black finish, silver pins, gold pins, etc.
Note: If you don't see a connector you want/need don't be afraid to ask - we'll do our best to accommodate.
5) Indicate how many of the custom cables you need and if you have a deadline, what the deadline is.
6) Provide any other info you feel is important to your request.
7) Send us the email! We'll contact you if we require any additional information. Once we have all the information we need we'll reply with a link to a custom quote/order page - usually within 48 hours.
