All returns/refunds/exchanges are subject to a 15% inspection & restocking fee of the order subtotal.*
Additionally, if a quantity discount was applied to the original transaction the quantity discount may no longer apply
and the refund/exchange may be adjusted accordingly.
Merchandise must have a return authorization - for an
authorization E-mail us at . Please provide part numbers and quantities of any merchandise to be returned. We will reply with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
All merchandise must be returned in unused, re-sellable condition (except for defective merchandise).
Merchandise must be sent back freight prepaid, by a traceable method, and well protected to prevent damage.
Returns must be received at our facility within 7 business days of us issuing the return authorization - after 7 business days the RA will expire and the return will be refused.
If any merchandise quality is compromised due to use, abuse, or poor return packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee above the standard restocking fee.
Shipping, Processing and Handling charges are not refundable.*
EXCHANGES - 2 OPTIONS
1) We can charge and ship your new order right away and then issue the appropriate credit once the previous order has been returned and inspected.
2) We can wait for the previous order to return to us - once received we will charge/credit the difference between the new order and the
original order and then ship the new order.
Please let us know which option you choose for exchanges.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
This situation requires proper attention by the person receiving the package.
Any damages to packaging must be noted immediately to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
Original packaging must be kept for proper claim filing.
Any internal materials damage must have a claim filed with the carrier within 2 business days.
Vadcon must be notified of any damages within 2 business days of delivery and be provided with carrier claim information.
Items damaged during shipping are not considered defective.
Any damage not reported to the carrier will be considered to have happened after delivery, and not the responsibility of Vadcon.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Vadcon will make every attempt to assist you if a product you've purchased from us has failed or needs repair.
We do not provide loaner or replacement equipment at no charge.
