Vadcon makes no effort to directly solicit business from your customers. However, VADCON’s products are
advertised through a variety of channels and we can make no guarantee that your customers will not discover us through these or other means.
Reseller Requirements
You or your entity must be easily verifiable as a legitimate reseller - business name, location, telephone number, etc...
Products purchased within the Reseller Program must be for resale only.
Resellers are considered on a case by case basis.
Reseller accounts will be deactivated after 365 days of inactivity. Once an account is deactivated a new application will be required before consideration.
Reseller Purchases
Opening order for new Resellers must be a minimum of $250.00 (order subtotal).
Subsequent orders must be a minimum of $100.00 (order subtotal).
Discounts apply to individual piece list prices.
Discount applies to order subtotal (no discount on shipping etc...).
Not all items may be available for reseller discount pricing such as custom items, etc.
While shopping our site you will see that each product has a "D-Code" noted. Reseller discount will apply to any product with a D-Code of 1.
Reseller Application & Required Forms
To apply for the Reseller Discount Program this Application must be completely filled out and submitted.
If a vendors license or resale certificate is required by your state - a copy must be also submitted to Vadcon.
If any deliveries are to be made within New York State please fax a
NYS Tax Exempt Certificate, if applicable, with your application.
Reseller Ordering
If approved for the Reseller Discount Program you will be issued a RESELLER CODE.
Orders can be placed online using our shopping cart. You must enter your RESELLER CODE and hit recalculate to apply your discount to the order's subtotal.
Orders can be faxed in to 1-888-686-4686 - you must note your RESELLER CODE.
Orders can be telephoned in to 1-800-899-9855 (Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM EST) - you must supply for your RESELLER CODE.
Reseller Returns
Our standard return/refund policy can be viewed here.
As there are minimum order requirements to
receive the Reseller Discount, Reseller returns may result in increased
fees if the item returned causes the original order to fall below the minimum
order requirement level. For example, a reseller purchases 2 items - one for $60
and one for $70 - the order subtotal is $130 (exceeding the $100 subtotal minimum order requirement) - after discount
the order subtotal is $117. Later the Reseller
wants to return the $60 item - this means the original order would have been
$70 and would not have met the minimum order level requirement to obtain the
reseller discount. The return transaction would incur applicable restock fees
for the item being returned plus the original discount amount for the item not
being returned (10% of the item not returned) as the order no longer qualifies
for a reseller discount.
Reseller Account can be terminated at any time, for any reason, at the discretion of Vadcon.
